WEEK 1- Life In the MTC

Dear Friends and Family,

I made it to the mtc alive. YAY! haha! The spirit is so strong here. This is the best experience I've ever had. I should've had it a long time ago. 

My companion is Sister Coleman. I love her so much! We work super well together and get a long well. Last night we were made sister training leaders which will be a great blessing to us as we Love the missionaries in our Zone. 

Yesterday we talked a lot about our purpose as missionaries: to invite others to come unto Christ. I think its so wonderful that I get the chance as a missionary to be the bridge between others and God. Of all the people the Lord chose to trust, he chose imperfect young adults. He picked me. I'm so glad that this opportunity is mine.

I love you all. The Gospel is true!

The window story: "Fun story for ya'll! So someone on the floor of our residence halls caught a burrito on fire in the microwave and so in order to make our room not smell we opened our window. The windows in the mtc open so big that you can climb out them. So of course I'm outside the window before I can even think about how its not a good idea. haha! But how many people can say they climbed out the window at the mtc? I can!"

May sparkle report!

May has been crazy! I've been getting ready for my mission and always running to stores and shopping and crazy-ness. The Lord knows Natalie Klein and he has great things in store for me.

If you don't know I'm serving a mission for the next 18 months in Florida Tampa. I cannot wait for this experience. I love missionary work and I love the gospel. My wonderful friend Britney took these at the beautiful Manti temple :)

I WENT TO FEAKING CONFERENCE!!!

I had the wonderful opportunity to go to general conference. It was seriously one of the best experiences of my life! I was so blessed to be able to go. I know the church is true and I know that we have a living prophet. I have seen them and his apostles. I have felt their spirit. It is so strong. I love the gospel so much :)

April Sparkle Report

I finished my first year of college! April was a great month! I got a lot of photography opportunities and moved back home. I aced all my finals! I learned how to ride a 4 wheeler and shoot a gun! I also had the opportunity to be in a play :)

Random Thought

If you didn't know 2013 was my year. It was an amazing year and it held so much for me. But I can tell that 2014 is going to be so much better because it isn't my year, I'm giving it to someone else. I'm giving it to others and in my mind I will have a better reward than in 2013. I will have more joy and happiness in my life. I'm so grateful for 2014 and the opportunity I'll have to help others. I can tell its going to be the best year of my life. 

March Sparkle Report

March was an awesome month!
-I learned so much about how to help people at the general woman's meeting. I have the strongest desire to teach and help people.
- I turned 20!! Am I seriously that old?
- I went to the temple to do baptisms for the dead like 4 times. I also had the opportunity to do baptisms for two family members.
- I made a lot of new friends and grew closer
- I also went through THE TEMPLE!!! IT WAS AMAZING!! Best experience of my life!
